Alex is the model Trademan. He sets expectations properly and delivers beyond what was promised. The photo shows our 21 year old rental condo's main wood floor. Layers of old wax and scratches were replaced by sanding and applying 2 coats of Poly. I only wish I had a before picture. Look no further than RestoFloor. Oh, fair pricing also!
