The floor loses its shine, becomes dull, that means top protective coat is wearing off. Soon it'll start to lose color. All that can be fixed with...
Clean
Using scrubbing machines, brushes and buffers we clean all residue and contaminants off the floor, preparing it for next step.
Screen
AKA abrade or light sanding.
Depending on a type and condition of the floor, we use buffing machines with mesh screens, brushes or pads to abrade the surface removing small scratches and preparing it for new finish to adhere.
Repair
From fixing nicks and dings to bringing back the color.
We use stain, stain pen, markers, bondo, epoxy, wood filler etc. We are masters at getting your floor looking the best it can without replacing it. And the fresh coats of finish will make the repair pretty much invisible.
Recoat

Good quality waterbased polyurethane is the safest, most durable and long lasting top coat you can finish your floor with. There are many types of floor finishes out there, we use the best!

Who is this service for
Most of the hardwood floors unless there were some serious damages to it
If you have engineered hardwood floors, most likely it can not be sanded because the layer of actual hardwood is too thin. They say some flat engineered floors could be sanded 1 time, but that will make the hardwood layer from thin to super thin, making it less durable.
If you have textured, hand scraped, distressed, wire brushed... in other words if your floor is not flat and smooth then deep sanding will remove all these enhancements, our process will not.
This service is not recommended if
If your hardwood floors are badly damaged, rotten, have lots of black pet stains
you want to change a color of your floor
